Booking and Payment Policy

  1. Bookings will be confirmed and secured only upon payment of 25% deposit (of which 15% is a non-refundable deposit which is adjusted against the total invoice). Balance payments are to be made at least 60 days in advance of travel or before cut-off dates specified by hotels or other service providers.
  2. Payments are accepted by credit card or wire transfer.
  3. Prices may be quoted in foreign currency, but credit cards or wire transfers are charged in equivalent INR. Wherever there is a foreign exchange conversion rate to be applied, the rate used by Wonder Tours will apply.
  4. Cheque payments should be made in favour of “Wonder Tours & Travels”.
  5. Payment by credit/debit card will be charged at 3.5% and 2% respectively on the total invoice amount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. On the balance:
  2. From 60 days or more – full refund.
  3. Between 59 to 30 days from travel – 50% refund.
  4. Less than 30 days or no-show – no refunds.
  5. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be paid out in the same manner as in which payments were received from the customer.

Our Liabilities and Limitations

Wonder Tours acts in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways and contractors providing other services. All contracts and tickets, exchange orders and receipts issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which they provide these services. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or any expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to flight cancellations, natural hazards, and breakdown of transport, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, weather, illness, political closures, landslides or any untoward incidents. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to a person, property or otherwise in connection with accommodation, transportation or other services, directly or indirectly resulting from an act of God, fire, danger, accident, strikes, civil disturbances, war, custom or medical department regulations, defaults or any other conditions beyond our control. We do not have insurance policies covering the expenses for sickness, accident, and losses due to theft or any other reason. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home countries. Also, all personal property and baggage at all times is at the client’s risk.
